For clients who are comfortable taking the lead in their wedding planning process, this package might be right for you. It is not time-limited, so we start coordinating your wedding as soon as you sign on with Island Dreams Event Design.
What this package doesn’t include:
Design services (vision boards and rendered plans)
Leading the vendor research
- Black and white site plan and floor plan that adjusts to your guest count
- Floor plan iterations to get you the layout you want.
- Budgeting and timeline creation
- Vendor contract review
- Team on site during the setup, event, and breakdown of your big day.

Day of Coordination or packages that mean we’d join on the day of your wedding and only the day of your wedding
Month of Coordination or packages that start 30 days or 60 days out from your wedding date with limited meetings.

These shorter term packages mean many details get missed, and we don’t want our clients to feel like they miss out on anything on the biggest day of your life. Most of your vendor contracts have final payments due at the 30 day, or even 60 day, window so joining you at this point in your journey means all decisions have been finalized, leaving us without any time to coordinate your wedding. Spending more time upfront planning your wedding means we maximize your vision and budget. After all, your wedding is a big investment, and you should feel like you got the most out of it.
